The manager told us he did everything right so he wasn’t going to give us other cards or refund us, despite the Blackhawk Network rep. was on the phone for the cards, the store manager was finally convinced to tell them they already activated the cards (which he claimed was proven by his records he wouldn’t show us).
Calling three times to 87 this week has not helped myself, and at the store another time to 87 with the store manager refusing to call the number as the second rep. For the first time this week, the receipt actually indicated activation would take place within 24 hours. This happened with 2 of the 2 cards we bought this week.
